All prices displayed on our website are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) unless otherwise stated.

The price applicable to your purchase will normally be the price displayed when you place your order, subject to correction of obvious pricing or technical errors as described below.

Shipping charges, where applicable, will be displayed during checkout.

5. Orders

Placing an order through our website constitutes a request to purchase the selected products.

After an order is placed, we may send you an order confirmation by email, SMS, WhatsApp, or another available communication method.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of:

7. Shipping and Delivery

We currently deliver within Egypt.

Orders are normally prepared within 24 hours, and estimated delivery is generally 2–5 business days, depending on the destination and circumstances affecting the courier.

Standard shipping costs 90 EGP.

Shipping costs 120 EGP for the following governorates:

Asyut
Beni Suef
Fayoum
Luxor
Matrouh
Minya
New Valley
North Sinai
Qena
Red Sea
Sohag
South Sinai

Shipping is free for orders over 2,000 EGP, including the governorates listed above.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, public holidays, severe weather, or other unexpected events.

8. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Returns and exchanges are accepted in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and applicable Egyptian law.

Our standard return and exchange period is 14 days, subject to the conditions stated in our Return and Refund Policy.

Eligible returned products should be unworn other than reasonable trying-on, unwashed, and returned with their original tags and packaging.

We arrange pickup for eligible returns and exchanges in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

Refunds for prepaid orders are generally returned to the original payment method. Where this is not possible or where another payment arrangement applies, refunds may be processed through available methods such as Instapay or Vodafone Cash.
