Shipping Fees

• Free shipping on all orders over EGP 1,800 within Egypt.
  
• A shipping fee of EGP 90 applies to orders below EGP 1,800 for all governorates.

Delivery Time

• Orders are prepared and shipped within 24 hours after order confirmation.
  
• Estimated delivery time ranges from 2 to 5 business days depending on the governorate and delivery location.
  
• Shipping times may be longer during sales periods, seasonal events, or official holidays.

Delivery Coverage

• We cover all Egypt except Sinai, the Oases, the New Valley, the New Administrative Capital, the Red Sea and Sharm El Sheikh.
