At twentytwo, we want you to shop with confidence. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Our team will guide you through the return process and arrange for our shipping partner to collect the package.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

* Be returned within 14 days of delivery.
* Be unwashed and unused (trying the item on is allowed, but it must not be worn).
* Have all original tags attached.
* Be returned in its original packaging.
* Be in its original condition without any damage or signs of use.

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return Shipping

We arrange and cover the cost of collecting eligible returns from your address. You do not need to arrange shipping yourself.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved:

* Your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
* The refund will cover the value of the returned product only.
* Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refund Method

* If your order was paid online, the refund will be sent back using the original payment method whenever possible.
* For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds can be issued via InstaPay or Vodafone Cash, based on your preference.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or another product, please contact us. Our team will review your request and assist you with the available options.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

We will review the issue and, if confirmed, we will arrange the return and cover all shipping costs at no additional charge to you.
