Exchange & Return Policy
- Exchange or return requests can be made within 7 days from the date of receiving the order.
- Products purchased during sales or discount periods cannot be exchanged or returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- We cover the shipping cost only if an incorrect product was sent. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for the shipping fees for exchange or return requests.
